Dial-A-Deal, in partnership with Zenka Finance, seeks Field Sales Agents to drive sales, generate leads, build customer relationships, and promote financial solutions. Must be self-driven, adaptable, and target-oriented.

Job Description/Requirements
- Generate a substantial number of clients leads from diverse sources.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to promote products and services.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies including maintaining a personal sales portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Organize and coordinate customer training sessions to provide sales-related information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market reach.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
