JOB DETAILS:

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a Field Sales Agent to join the dynamic team of our client in the Telecom industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling internet access, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, while fostering customer relationships and meeting sales targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting potential customers by researching their
    needs and preferences.
  • Generating and following up on sales leads to create opportunities for
    new business.
  • Conducting sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the
    benefits of the company products.
  • Closing sales by negotiating with customers and addressing any concerns
    or objections.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and
    repeat business.
  • Achieving sales targets related to customer acquisition within set
    timeframes.
  • Providing regular feedback and reports to the team leader and Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecom
    or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close
    deals effectively.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure
    satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within set
    timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact
    with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address customer objections or
    concerns and close sales.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stay focused under
    pressure to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to provide regular feedback and collaborate effectively with team
    leaders and sales manager
