Location: Kyaliwajjala, Kampala, Nateete, Nansana, Kawempe
Reports To: Branch Manager
NOTE: For outskirt branches (Kyaliwajjala, Nansana, Nateete, Kawempe - Applicants must be able to ride a motorcycle)
For City Centre branch: Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are expanding our Deposits & Investments portfolio and are seeking energetic and customer-focused Field Banking Officers to join our growing team across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize deposits, investments, and new customer accounts in assigned areas.
- Conduct field visits, client sensitization, and product education sessions.
- Register customers for digital savings and investment products via mobile and agent channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with savers and investors to ensure active accounts.
- Drive daily and monthly performance targets for deposits and investments.
- Support branch campaigns, activations, and community outreach programs.
- Submit accurate daily activity and performance reports to the Branch Manager and Product Lead.
- Ensure compliance with Kray’s operational, KYC, and service standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, field marketing, or microfinance operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile banking applications.
- Must be self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
