JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in social work and social administration and preferably a post graduate diploma in project planning and management.

• At least seven years of prior executive experience as a successful leader of a similar non profit organisation.

The Executive Director performs many tasks and typically responsible for:

• Oversee the day to day operations of the organisation.
• Plan, actively manage and oversee the Organisation operations, programs and fundraising activities while ensuring the organisation financial stability.
• Attend all board meetings and provide reports and updates.
• Effectively represent the organisation including timely renewal of membership to world YWCA.
