Background

Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is hiring competent and experienced Drivers (3) responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely operation of the Rapid Response Unit (RRU) vehicle to support security operations. The role ensures prompt deployment of response teams, maintains the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, conducts routine inspections, keeps accurate vehicle and fuel records, and supports emergency response activities. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain the RRU response vehicle.
• Ensure rapid deployment of the response team.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Assist with navigation and route planning.
• Support emergency evacuations where necessary.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and fuel records.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Valid Ugandan Driving License.
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of proven driving experience.
• Defensive Driving certification.
• Experience operating within a security environment.
• Good disciplinary record.
• Good physical fitness.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE/Senior Four).
• Between 30 and 50 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
