About Organisation: 

Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.

Job Summary:   To provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services, ensure proper maintenance and operation of company vehicles, and support organizational activities through timely delivery of personnel, documents, and goods.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and timely transportation of authorized personnel and visitors
• Deliver official documents, packages, and goods to designated destinations.
• Monitor servicing of assigned vehicle(s).
• Report vehicle faults, follow up on repairs, and maintain updated mileage, fuel, and trip logs.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Certificate in defensive driving from a recognized institution.
• Must have valid driving permit class B.
• Possession of class C or D is added advantage
• A minimum experience of 5 years working preferably in driving VIPs or high value goods.
• Excellent knowledge of Kampala road network.
• Ability to work under pressure, long hours and meet tight deadlines.
• Very good time management and highly dynamic.
