Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the formulation and implementation of development plans and budgets.
• Collect and analyze statistical data for planning and policy formulation.
• Guide lower local governments in preparing and integrating their development plans.
• Monitor and evaluate development programs and projects.
• Advise the district leadership on planning and development matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, or Development Planning.
• Postgraduate qualification in Planning and Management is desirable.
• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in planning, with at least 3 years at a senior level.

1. Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts that exist in Namisindwa District Local Government.
