FINCA Uganda currently offers loans, savings and money transfer services in Uganda, one of the most competitive and dynamic microfinance markets in the world. FINCA is looking for dynamic people to join their team of professionals as Direct Sales Representatives. Details are highlighted as follows:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Presenting, marketing and cross selling all FINCA products to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA Uganda management.
• Participating in training customers on FINCA Uganda services and products
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Performing cold-calling and door-to-door sales
• Analyzing the potential of the territory market and keeping track of sales and progress reports
• Resolving customer queries, inquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.

Qualification

• A Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Education any Business-related discipline from a recognized institution
