Job Overview:
As a Fiber Direct Sales Agent, your role is to promote and sell Fiber-optic internet services to residential and business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards goals to the sales management team.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Lead Generation and Targets:
- Identify and target potential residential customers within designated areas for FTTH services.
- Conduct market research and utilize various lead generation methods, including door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and community events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:
- Conduct effective sales presentations and consultations to educate potential customers about the benefits and advantages of FTTH services.
- Explain technical aspects of Fiber-optic internet and address customer questions or concerns.
- Understand customers' internet usage requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and timely service activation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Relationship Building and Customer Service:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining regular communication.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction after service activation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, such as additional services or higher-speed plans, to existing customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals and overcome objections.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Familiarity with fiber-optic internet services and technology, including knowledge of its benefits and advantages.
- Knowledge of the local market and understanding of customer preferences and demographics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
