Job Summary: Ensure all finished goods are stamped with digital tax stamps before dispatch Monitor activation, validation, and reconciliation DTS stickers against production output. Manage ordering and inventory levels of DTS stickers. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports for produced SKUs. Monitor misuse, damage, and accountability of used stickers Responds to URA stamp Audit queries with support of the line manager Supervise DTS officers and coordinate manpower planning in line with production schedules

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all finished goods are stamped with digital tax stamps before dispatch
• Monitor activation, validation, and reconciliation DTS stickers against production output.
• Manage ordering and inventory levels of DTS stickers.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports for produced SKUs.
• Monitor misuse, damage, and accountability of used stickers
• Responds to URA stamp Audit queries with support of the line manager
• Supervise DTS officers and coordinate manpower planning in line with production schedules

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related business studies/training
• Professional qualification in finance and accounting
• At least 3 years experience with good knowledge in stock issuance and system activation in a busy manufacturing environment
