Movit Products Limited (MPL) is hiring a Digital & Media Supervisor responsible for executing and monitoring digital marketing and media activities to drive brand visibility, engagement, and campaign performance. The role supports strategy implementation, oversees content deployment across platforms, tracks media performance, and ensures operational excellence in digital and media execution while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Support the implementation of digital and media strategies as defined by the Digital & Media Manager. Execute paid, owned, and earned media campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaigns go live on schedule and align with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the creation, launch, and management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns to assess performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Implement A/B testing and other techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets across digital channels and ensure that campaigns deliver the best possible ROI. Ensure proper tracking and reporting of all campaigns and performance metrics.

Media Monitoring and Optimization

  • Track daily and weekly performance of digital campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, conversions, and ROI. Work with agencies to optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Identify underperforming content and recommend improvements.

Content and Platform Management

  • Oversee publishing of content across social media, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Monitor online conversations and community engagement across platforms.
  • Support influencer coordination and content deployment.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance, with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyse key digital marketing KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Regularly track industry trends and competitors’ digital strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation or improvement.
  • Utilize digital tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing platforms, etc.) to gather data and inform decisions.
  • Report on overall digital performance to senior management, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts contribute to the company’s broader business goals

Stakeholder and Agency Coordination

  • Liaise with agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Support vendor management and ensure adherence to agreed deliverables.

Financial Management

  • Track digital media spend and campaign costs.
  • Ensure activities are executed within approved budgets.
  • Support invoice verification and budget reconciliation processes.

Risk Management

  • Monitor digital platforms for reputational risks and emerging issues.
  • Escalate potential brand risks or negative trends promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with platform rules, advertising policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Support crisis communication efforts in digital environments.

Quality Management

  • Ensure all digital and media activities comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ISO standards, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of media plans, approvals, campaign reports, and performance records.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of all published digital content.
  • Support internal and external audits related to digital and media processes.

Compliance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in execution of duties in the country.
  • Ensure Adherence to Movit Group and In Country Policies and Procedures.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, media execution, or social media management roles. Experience working with digital agencies and managing performance-driven campaigns.
