Job Summary: The Deputy Head Teacher will assist the Head Teacher in the effective management of the school and take on leadership duties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Teacher in managing school programs, activities, and resources.
- Assist in supervising teachers and monitoring teaching standards.
- Maintain discipline among pupils and staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and co-curricular activities.
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Head Teacher.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching or administrative roles.
- Must be registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports.
