Job Summary:   The Deputy Head Teacher will assist the Head Teacher in the effective management of the school and take on leadership duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Support the Head Teacher in managing school programs, activities, and resources.
  • Assist in supervising teachers and monitoring teaching standards.
  • Maintain discipline among pupils and staff.
  • Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and co-curricular activities.
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the Head Teacher.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching or administrative roles.
• Must be registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports.
