NKAY Aesthetics Korean Skin Clinic, located at Oasis Mall, Yusuf Lule Road in Kampala, Uganda, is a luxury medical aesthetics and skincare facility. They offer personalized professional skin analysis, advanced K-beauty facial treatments, and lab services for skin and wellness conditions like acne, hyperpigmentation, and eczema.

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Care Agent to manage client inquiries, convert leads into appointments, provide exceptional customer support, and support client retention through professional communication and follow-up.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
  • Convert customer inquiries into consultations, bookings, and treatment appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, skincare products, promotions, and packages.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to encourage bookings and repeat visits.
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to assess client satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and skincare products.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and prepare performance reports.
  • Work closely with Reception, Doctors, Nurses, and Aestheticians to ensure excellent client experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold clinic service standards.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer care, call centre, sales, banking, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Computer literacy and experience using CRM or customer management systems is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity, patience, and confidentiality.
