Job Summary
Operate batching machinery to produce concrete according to mix designs, monitor the process to ensure consistent quality, and maintain equipment with minor repairs. Prepare daily records of batching activities, assist in loading delivery trucks, and ensure timely dispatch. Check material stock levels for replenishment, clean and lubricate machinery regularly, and comply with safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate batching machinery to produce concrete according to prescribed mix designs
• Monitor batching process and adjust controls to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain batching equipment and perform minor repairs as needed
• Prepare daily batching records including quantities, time logs, and concrete specifications
• Assist in loading concrete delivery trucks and ensure timely dispatch
• Check material stock levels and notify for replenishment
• Clean and lubricate plant machinery regularly
• Comply with plant safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Batching Operations
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience operating batching plants
• Knowledge of mix design ratios and concrete standards
• Familiarity with automated batching systems and basic equipment maintenance
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor or shift-based environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic reporting and recordkeeping abilities
