Role Purpose

Strengthen collaboration with community-based organizations and ensure effective grassroots mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate CBO networks across districts.
• Facilitate community dialogues and mobilization.
• Support grassroots training and empowerment initiatives.
• Strengthen community accountability mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Community Development or Social Work.
• 4+ years grassroots engagement experience.
