Platinum Credit is Communications Officer (Internal Hype & Graphic Design) to drive internal engagement and team motivation through impactful communication, creative storytelling, and high-quality design. The role blends strategic internal communications with strong graphic design capabilities to keep our teams inspired, informed, and aligned with our mission.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that inspire, motivate, and build team spirit.
  • Craft engaging content for newsletters, intranet, emails, presentations, and noticeboards.
  • Coordinate internal events, activations, and campaigns that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Build storytelling initiatives that showcase team wins, milestones, and impact.

Graphic Design & Creative

  • Design visually appealing graphics, posters, infographics, videos, and digital content for internal use.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Create engaging visuals for townhalls, staff forums, and leadership updates.
  • Support departments with high-quality design materials for internal projects.

Brand Culture & Hype

  • Act as the internal brand ambassador, ensuring employees feel connected to the company’s purpose.
  • Develop creative campaigns that celebrate employee achievements and foster belonging.
  • Drive innovative ideas that bring “hype” and positive energy into the workplace.

Measurement & Feedback

  • Track employee engagement with communication campaigns and materials.

Gather feedback and continuously improve messaging and design impact.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in corporate communication, internal communications, or creative design.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver engaging, creative campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate, energetic, and able to inject fun and hype into workplace culture.
