Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for client communication and updates regarding recruitment progress, coordinating client meetings, candidate interviews, and internal timelines. Maintain up-to-date client files and correspondence records, prepare recruitment progress reports, and provide administrative support to the recruitment team. Follow up with clients post-placement for feedback, assist in drafting proposals and invoices, and ensure timely responses and consistent documentation to enhance the overall client experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client communication, inquiries, and updates regarding recruitment progress.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, candidate interviews, and internal recruitment timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date client files, contracts, and correspondence records both digitally and in hard copy.
- Prepare and share recruitment progress reports, interview schedules, and service updates with clients.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including formatting CVs, preparing briefs, and handling onboarding paperwork.
- Follow up with clients post-placement to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in drafting proposals, invoices, and follow-up emails related to client services.
- Support the overall client experience by ensuring timely responses and consistent documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A professional, service-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
