Job Description/Requirements

  • Develop, plan, and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain consistency.
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain skill and efficiency levels.
  • Adapt recipes and meals to accommodate special dietary needs and customer requests.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance the dining experience and customer satisfaction.
