Qualifications, Skills and Experience

The applicant must at least have a Diploma in Nursing, Primary Healthcare, Community Health, Clinical Medicine, Education, Social Work Administration, Social Work & Social Sciences, Development Studies, Records Management and any related disciplines.

All applicants must:

• Be mature born-again Christian with sound testimony, who is a model in word, deed, life style and demonstrates involvement in church ministry.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, a team builder and willing to take initiative.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Working ability to apply and adapt established accounting procedures to a variety of accounting transactions, problems and situations.
• Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills. Intermediate English ability is preferred.
• Must have ability to represent the church as a professional
• Must have ability to create alliances, partnerships and networks for the church
• Skills in Project planning and budgeting, proposal writing, and financial management will be an added advantage. The applicant must have work experience of 2-3 years in managerial work,
• Age: 25-35.
