Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS & email
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases
- Update customer records in the CRM
- Follow service standards (Average HandleTime, response time, quality)
- Provide feedback on customer trends and service gaps
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or call centre roles
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Customer focus, professionalism, patience, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability.
