JOB DETAILS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer and staff inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Educate current and potential customers about product and service offerings.
  • Make and receive calls as assigned by the designated supervisor.
    Accurately update communication logs for every customer interaction.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, engage in sales activities over the phone, collect payments, and address issues related to tracker functionality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of three months of experience in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and a proactive, positive attitude.
