Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance office and remote work effectively. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales team and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments.
  2. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring effective performance.
  3. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
  4. Keep accurate records pertaining to purchases, sales, and requisitions.
  5. Hire, train, and evaluate personnel to build a strong sales team.
  6. Analyze sales territories to assess growth potential and set achievable quotas.
  7. Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are consistently met.
  8. Visit retailers and sales representatives to promote products and gather valuable information.

Qualifications

Education: Post-secondary diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role is required.
