Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled professional who will assess business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and recommend/implement solutions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in internal business processes and systems to improve efficiency and maximize product uptake

 Analyzing business needs, identifying problems, developing solutions, documenting requirements, and collaborating with internal teams.

 Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements solutions through development of use cases

 Communication findings and recommendations to stakeholders including management and technical teams

 Ensure recommended solutions are implemented effectively

 Perform business projections and trend analysis for products and overall business

 Analyze data develop reports and create presentations to communicate insights and support decision making

 Assist with project planning, scope definition and task management. Collaborate with products/project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

 Identifying and implementing process improvements and monitor the impact of the recommendation on the business

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

 3+ years of experience in finance or business. Preferred Attributes:

 Familiarity with business analysis

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
