Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, deliver, and assess lessons following the IB-MYP Science framework
● Design and implement interdisciplinary units and project-based learning experiences
● Use a range of strategies to differentiate learning and support diverse student needs
● Promote a positive and respectful classroom culture that supports risk-taking and scientific inquiry
● Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and contribute to school-wide initiatives
● Participate fully in the school’s academic, co-curricular, and community life.
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Science, Science Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
● Valid teaching certification or license
● Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (IB-MYP experience is an asset)
● Familiarity with IB unit planning, assessment criteria, and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
● A commitment to international education and inclusive teaching practices
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
