JOB PURPOSE

Support the bid process by coordinating proposal development, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and helping to produce winning submissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate preparation and submission of bids/RFP responses.

Ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and delivered on schedule.

• Gather and integrate inputs from technical, legal, and finance teams.

• Maintain bid templates and knowledge databases.

• Track bid outcomes and identify opportunities to improve future submissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, or related.
• Strong writing, project coordination, and attention to detail.
