National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has allocated funds within its annual budget to be used for the acquisition of the supplies and services below:

NWSC therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, for:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Methods in the table above and procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap. 205 of the Government of Uganda. This invitation is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days. The bid notice is also available at the following website: www.nwsc.co.ug.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee (as specified above) in cash to a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before the date and time as indicated in the table above. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in the table above. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders Representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at the date and time indicated in the table above.

There shall be pre – bid meetings as shown in the table above.
