The Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement for Medical Insurance Services for the ESP Programme as below;

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 5(a) from 08:00am to 05:00 pm during the week days.

2. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 5(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/-.

3. The method of payment will be bank Advise Form (BAF) payable through any bank branch.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 5(a) at or before 11:00 am on September 10, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as above. Bid securities must be valid until April 16, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the Contracts Committee Board Room, 7th Floor, at the address below at 5(a) at 11:30 am on September 10, 2025.
