Description
The Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of insurance cover for its staff, equipment and Assets under various categories/ Lots on framework contract for a period of 3 years.
Bidding shall be undertaken using Open Domestic Bidding procedures of PPDA Act Caps 205 for the general insurance categories detailed in the table below:

The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Uganda Wildlife Authority Procurement and Disposal Unit-UWA Headquarters on Plot 7- Kira Road upon Payment of a non-refundable fee UGX 100,000/= per category/Lot Method of payment will be via Momo pay or (Bank Name – Stanbic Bank, Account Number – 9030006237338)
The pre-bid meeting shall be held on 13th May 2026 at 11:00am UWA Headquarter, Kira Road Kamwokya, Kampala, conference Room1 at 11:00am.
The deadline for bid Submission shall be on 29th May 2026 at 11:00am at UWA Head Quarters-PDU office.
