(Focus: Client relationship  management, account opening, loan origination, and  business development)

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Proactively identify and recruit new clients, building strong relationships to retain and grow a portfolio of customers .
• Account Opening & Management: Receive and verify client documents for account opening, account amendments, and other customer instructions, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements .
• Loan Origination: Process loan applications, conduct financial analysis and creditworthiness assessments, prepare loan appraisal reports, and recommend suitable facilities .
• Needs Analysis & Product Promotion: Conduct needs analysis for customers and match them with appropriate banking products, promoting awareness and cross-selling services .
• Loan Portfolio Management: Monitor loan utilization, follow up on repayments, and implement effective recovery strategies for overdue accounts .
• Customer Service & Support: Own and resolve customer queries and complaints regarding loans, accounts, and cards, escalating unresolved issues when necessary .
• Performance & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records, prepare regular performance reports, and meet set targets for portfolio growth and sales .
