Application Forms are obtainable from the District Service Commission Offices Country wide and must be filled in the Applicant’s own handwriting with three (03) current Passport size photographs attached plus a photocopy of the National ID (MUST) and be submitted to the Secretary District Service Commission not later than Monday, 20th April 2026 at 5:00PM. Serving officers should route their applications through their Heads of departments who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay. Certified copies of the Academic Certificates and Transcripts (2024 to date), Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letter, and Appraisal Forms in case of serving officers for FY 2024/2025 must accompany the Application Forms.
