Key responsibilities include:

• • Production Planning: Managing production schedules, ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the production plan, and supply chain logistics.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring feed quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Team Management: Supervising production staff, training, performance evaluation (remuneration system), and hiring new employees.
  • Ensuring and controlling the continued operation of production equipment: its timely overhaul and maintenance
  • Budgeting: preparation and presentation of production needs for planned periods (half-year, quarter, month)
  • Inventory management: Organize and be responsible for the inventory of goods, raw materials, and equipment.
  • Process Optimization: Implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with animal feed safety and quality regulations.
  • Research and Development: Collaborating with nutritionists and researchers to develop new feed formulations.

Required skills and qualifications often include:

• Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferably but not obligatory)
• Experience in animal feed production or management (preferably but not obligatory)
• Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed production processes (preferably but not obligatory)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Quality control and regulatory compliance expertise
• 5 years of experience
