SGS Consultants is a fast-growing recruitment agency helping technology companies across the UK and US hire exceptional sales professionals. We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations remotely across EMEA.

Role Overview:

You’ll help coordinate communication, manage schedules, and assist with general admin tasks that keep our business running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who’s detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to build a career in recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate information
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and manage internal communications
  • Provide support to the sales and recruitment teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using basic productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Prior admin experience preferred, but not essential
