- The Office of the President – Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs has received funding from the World Bank and the French Development Agency for implementation of the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area – Urban Development Program (GKMA-UDP).
- Kira Municipal Council as the leading procuring entity together with the participating entity of Mukono District Local Government hereby invites Requests for Proposals from eligible Consultants for:

- The Request for proposals (RFP) document shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Department, Kira Municipal Council from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday except on Public Holiday.
- Kira Municipal Council shall hold a Pre-Proposal meeting on 5th June 2025 at 10:00 am at the Procurement & Disposal Department Kira Municipal Council.
