THE RESOURCE ENHANCEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAMME (REAP)
The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development through the Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) invites sealed proposals from eligible consultancy firms to undertake the assignment of operationalising Uganda's National Climate Finance Vehicle (NCFV).
The overall objective of the assignment is to provide Technical support to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development to operationalize the NCFV as Uganda's Central mechanism for mobilizing, managing and deploying Climate Finance.
