JOB DETAILS:
SITE & TRADING MANAGER
Location: Kikagati, Uganda (Field-Based)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hold full operational & commercial accountability for mine sites.
- Drive supply volume growth, trading targets, and material intake.
- Manage operational budgets, site payments, and security controls.
- Provide daily production reports and commentary to senior executive.
REQUIREMENTS
- Commercially minded operator comfortable owning targets & budgets.
- Strong loss-prevention mindset with high integrity.
- Proven ability to manage field teams and trader relationships.
