On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company we are seeking to recruit an energetic and reliable Sales Executive who has a passion for vehicles / cars.
Responsibilities or duties
A Sales Executive is primarily responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing customer accounts, and building relationships with clients in the local automotive market.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential buyers, cold calling, and establishing contact with prospective corporate clients and individual customers.
- Vehicle Consultation: Understanding customer needs and explaining the features, benefits, and financing options of new and pre-owned Kia models.
- Sales Administration: Processing customer quotations, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and facilitating trade-ins.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining a detailed database of leads, handling client inquiries, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, a strong grasp of both written and spoken English, and a valid Ugandan driver's license.
- Highly target-driven and motivated to exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Deep passion for the automotive industry and strong product knowledge.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader dealership team
Experience needed
- One to three years of proven experience in vehicle sales, dealership support, or a fast-paced sales environment.
