JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To mobilize customer deposits, scaling up of mobile and SMS banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Drive the acquisition of customers, mobilize deposits as per set targets and drive the scale up of mobile banking.
2.Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
3.Relationship Management to enhance customer retention and ensure that BRAC Uganda Bank becomes their bank of choice
4.Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
5.Directly involved in Sales mobilization drives organized by the branch or head office.
6.Provide daily sales activity plans and reports on on boarding and digital channel recruitment to the Branch Manager and Manager Savings Mobilization.
7.Ensure that all dealings with existing and potential customers are in compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
