micro1 is engaging Image Evaluation Generalists to support a customer's image assessment project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Evaluate images in alignment with detailed project guidelines and quality standards.
- Detect and document visual inconsistencies, errors, and deviations from established criteria.
- Draft concise, well-structured written explanations to clarify your review decisions.
- Maintain calibration and consistency by liaising with peers as criteria or project rubrics are updated.
- Identify, flag, and describe edge cases or novel image patterns outside current guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project documentation by surfacing ambiguities or gaps.
- Operate independently in a remote environment, delivering high-quality, high-volume assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic judgment, particularly in structured review processes.
- Exceptional attention to visual detail and an ability to spot subtle issues in images.
- Clear, concise written English for composing actionable feedback and documentation.
- Experience with content evaluation, moderation, quality assurance, annotation, or trust & safety projects is valued.
- Comfort working with review tools or annotation platforms tailored for digital content.
- Proactive approach to ambiguity and willingness to surface unaddressed issues collaboratively.
- Background in any discipline where methodical review and clear written reasoning are essential (e.g., arts, design, finance, research, customer support, education).
