UEP exclusively manufactures and distributes Repel® and Rain-Mate® umbrellas, Everlasting Comfort® memory foam products, electronic gadgets, bedding essentials, Le Chateau® wine decanters, Café du Chateau® coffee makers, LumiLux Toilet Light®, Triton® dog leashes, and Flux Phenom® magnetic screen doors.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Amazon Product Management Support to assist our Amazon Product Managers. This remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) will focus on data management, reporting, listing maintenance, and operational support across our Amazon catalog. The ideal candidate has strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work during US Central Time overlap hours.
You will help keep our product data accurate, support listing optimizations, track performance, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks that allow our Product Managers to focus on strategy and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and clean large Excel/Google Sheets datasets for product catalogs and performance tracking
- Use formulas (VLOOKUP, IF/ELSE, Pivot Tables, etc.) to organize and analyze data
- Update and generate regular performance reports (sales, rankings, inventory, etc.)
- Pull and organize data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other internal tools
Amazon Product Listing Support
- Assist with updating product information, images, and attributes in bulk
- Help monitor and update listings for accuracy and compliance
- Support keyword tracking and basic optimization tasks
- Maintain organized folders for product assets, documents, and campaign files
Project & Campaign Coordination
- Track product launch timelines and deliverables
- Assist with competitive analysis data collection
- Support seasonal campaigns and promotions (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.)
- Help coordinate tasks between Product Managers, Copywriters, and other teams
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle invoice routing and basic finance-related tracking
- Organize and maintain shared drives and documentation
- Perform data entry and quality checks across multiple products
- Support any additional day-to-day needs of the Amazon Product Management team
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance, data coordination, or eCommerce operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (strong formulas, data cleaning, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Stable, high-speed internet and ability to work during US Central Time overlap hours (at least 4 hours)
Preferred
- Experience supporting Amazon Product Managers or working with Amazon Seller Central
- Familiarity with Amazon tools (Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)
- Background in consumer goods or eCommerce data management
