Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute ROI-driven paid advertising (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram to capture high-quality buyer/tenant leads.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging property listings, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and engaging copywriting.
- Social Media Management: Curate and schedule consistent, visually appealing content across all social channels to build brand awareness and local community engagement.
- SEO & Website Management: Optimize the company website and property landing pages to rank higher in local search results.
- Email Marketing: Design and send targeted newsletters, property alerts, and nurturing sequences to an active CRM database.
- Performance Analytics: Track campaign metrics, measure conversion rates, and generate monthly reports to optimize marketing spend.
