The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations and bids, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence.

Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health centers, NGOs, government agencies, laboratories, universities, and private healthcare facilities.
- Promote and sell medical equipment, laboratory equipment, hospital furniture, consumables, and healthcare solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Provide after-sales support and customer relationship management
