Video Editing

•        Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for social media, advertising, corporate communications and digital platforms

•        Apply color correction, color grading and audio mixing to achieve a consistent and professional look and feel

•        Manage pacing, transitions and narrative flow to maintain audience engagement throughout each production

•        Collaborate with the marketing manager to understand required creative vision and translate briefs into finished video deliverables

•        Review and revise edits based on stakeholder feedback within agreed timelines

•        Organize and manage media assets, project files and archives in a structured and accessible manner

Graphic Design & Motion Graphics

•        Design and animate lower-thirds, title sequences, end cards and on-screen graphics using After Effects or similar tools

•        Create branded visual elements that align with the organization's style guide and brand identity

•        Produce motion graphics, infographics and animated explainer content to support marketing campaigns

•        Develop original graphic assets  icons, overlays and backgrounds to enhance video productions

•        Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all media formats

Collaboration & Production

•        Work closely with Marketing team, photographers, copywriters and marketing teams throughout the production process

•        Participate in pre-production planning including storyboarding and shot-listing when required

•        Advise on shooting requirements to ensure footage meets post-production standards

•        Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines

Education 

•        Bachelor's degree  in Graphic Design, Film & Television Production, Multimedia Arts or a related field

•        Minimum 3 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in video editing

•        A strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing work and graphic design projects

•        Experience producing content across multiple formats: social media reels, long-form video, corporate films and advertisements
