About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, forward-thinking, and execution-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital and software initiatives across our organization. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, and knows how to bring structure and momentum to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across web, desktop, mobile, and platform-based applications.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, sprint schedules, delivery roadmaps, timelines, and status reporting.
• Translate business objectives and product requirements into actionable tasks, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and external partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborative working sessions including sprint planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and scope changes early, and proactively drive resolution strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, leadership, and clients, adapting messaging to different audiences and levels of technical understanding.
• Monitor project health, delivery velocity, and team progress to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
• Drive accountability while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment.
• Support prioritization and resource planning across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business expectations, and release timelines.
• Continuously improve delivery workflows, project visibility, operational processes, and team collaboration practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing software, technology, or digital product projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into structured execution plans and actionable deliverables.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams, remote collaboration, and evolving project requirements.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build trust, create alignment, and maintain momentum across teams.
