About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Kitchen Designer with strong expertise in designing efficient and functional commercial kitchen layouts for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering facilities, and central kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Commercial kitchen workflow planning

✅ Kitchen equipment layouts & shop drawings

✅ Utility coordination drawings

✅ Exhaust hood & ventilation layouts

✅ Cold room & freezer layouts

✅ Stainless steel fabrication drawings

✅ Coordination with architects, MEP consultants, contractors & suppliers

✅ Site visits and project coordination

✅ BOQ preparation & equipment specifications

Required Experience:

✔ Minimum 5 years experience in commercial kitchen design

✔ Experience in restaurant, bakery, café, or central kitchen projects

✔ Strong AutoCAD skills

✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Office

✔ SketchUp or 3D software knowledge is an added advantage
