Description
Avanti Energy is hiring Crane Operators (4) to safely and efficiently operate crane equipment to lift, move, and position heavy materials, machinery, and components required for drilling operations, while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate crane to lift and position loads safely
- Follow lifting plans and site signals
- Perform daily equipment checks
- Comply with HSE requirements
- Coordinate with rigging team
- Report defects and incidents
- Maintain basic operation records
Required Skills
- Skilled in safe crane operation and load handling
- Able to read load charts and follow lifting plans
- Knowledgeable in HSE and hazard identification
- Strong communication with rigging team
- High attention to detail and situational awareness
- Good hand-eye coordination and precision control
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions
Certificates & Qualifications
- At least 3yrs of crane operation working in oil drilling
- Should have participated in drilling rig allocation and installation more than 3times.
- At least college certificate or an equivalent
- Valid Crane operating licensees and certificates
