Responsibilities or duties

To initiate, coordinate and edit curriculum and related materials developed by panels in the subject of Mathematics under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Specialist.

Qualifications or requirements

Either, A Master’s Degree in Mathematics or A Master’s Degree in Education with a bias in Mathematics from a recognized Institution.

Either, An Honor’s Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a bias in Mathematics as one of the teaching subjects OR Bachelor of Science Degree with a bias in Mathematics and at least a Diploma in Education from a recognized institution.

A qualification of at least three (3) months of training in Curriculum Design and Development is an added advantage.

Experience needed

At least four (4) years teaching experience in A Level Mathematics. Two (2) of which he/she should have participated in Curriculum design and development in the area of Mathematics.

SALARY SCALE: CDS
