ABS Consulting Group Limited is an independent management consulting firm that assists clients to improve, streamline and upgrade their business operations. We are seeking to recruit a highly competent, experienced, and results-oriented Human Resource professional:
Job purpose
To provide strategic and operational human resource consulting services to clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide expert advisory services on to our clients including organizational Restructuring, Recruitment and selection; Performance Reward; Job evaluation; Salary Survey; Pay Structuring; Drafting Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related course
Professional certification (CHRP, IHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage
Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR consultancy.
