Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching potential suppliers and collecting quotes.
- Help prepare purchase orders and track order status.
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases.
- Participate in cost analysis and spend data entry.
- Shadow negotiation meetings and contract reviews.
- Assist with inventory checks and logistics coordination.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the procurement team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Must have knowledge about Telecom and infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn and proactive attitude.
