Background

We are seeking a Guest Experience Host to deliver exceptional 5-star hospitality in a luxury lodge setting. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through warm hosting, personalised service, and attention to detail across meals, activities, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests throughout their stay
• Deliver personalised service and guest delight moments
• Coordinate sundowner experiences and special setups
• Create in-room surprises and occasion setups
• Support dining service and lodge operations
• Work closely with guides, kitchen, and housekeeping teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field from a recognized institution.
• Hospitality experience (luxury lodge/boutique hotel preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and presentation.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset.
• Passion for nature and exceptional service.
