POSITION: Call Centre Agents
LOCATION: Call Centre – Head Office
Company: premier credit

Personal Skills and Qualifications:
- Should have a minimum of a Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration.
- Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy & Positive attitude
- Problem solving Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is not a Must, but an added advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Content creation, editing & Originality
- A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Creative in solution finding and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities
The person should be in position to:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services
- Manage Leads with the goal of generating sales through conversion
- Collect customer Feedback and share it with management for product and service improvement
- Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Understand customer needs and requirements in order to provide a tailored solution
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes
Languages Preferred:
English & Luganda (A Must). Any additional languages like Runyakitara, Lukhonzo, Lango, Acholi & West Nile will be an added advantage
Areas of Residence
The ideal candidate must be residing in areas around Kampala District
